Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the TS diagnostic criteria in DSM-5; (2) Aged 3-17; (3) Patients and guardians have given informed consent and signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Tic caused by epilepsy, other nervous system diseases, rheumatic chorea, drugs, and other factors; (2) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, and other organ dysfunction; (3) Patients who are schizophrenic or uncooperative ; (4)The researcher thought it was inappropriate to participate in this experiment.
