Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Histologically confirmed resectable (stage II, III) ESCC; (2) male or female; (3) aged 18–75 years; (4) with an ECOG score of 0 or 1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe disease within the previous 5 years; (2) prior history of anti-PD-1 or anti-programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) treatment; (3) prior history of interstitial lung disease or active non-infectious pneumonia; (4) treatment with corticosteroids or other immunosuppressants in the past two weeks.
