35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged between 35~75 years old; 2. Primary colorectal sessile serrated lesion with the size of 5~9mm; 3. Agree to participate in this research activity and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patinets with colorectal sessile serrated lesion of <5mm or = 10mm; 2. Patients with colorectal sessile serrated lesion in suspicion of dysplasia or malignancy; 3. Patients with recurrent colorectal sessile serrated lesion after endoscopic resection; 4. Patients with colorectal sessile serrated lesion with previous biopsy or attempts of cold snare polypectomy; 5. Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis, Lynch syndrome or serrated polyposis syndrome; 6. Patients with a prior history of inflammatory bowel disease; 7. Patients taking anticoagulation or antiplatelet medication that cannot be suspended; 8. Patients with severe diseases or other high-risk condition that cannot cooperate or tolerate the endoscopic treatment; 9. Disagree to participate in this research activity or refuse to sign an informed consent.
