20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic myelopathy who have undergone surgery within 24 hours to three months; 2. Age between 20 and 75 years old, regardless of gender; 3. JOA score between 5 and 15; 4. Education level of at least elementary school or above; 5. No cognitive impairment; 6. Able to understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MRI contraindications, such as pacemakers, stents, artificial heart valves, steel plates for fracture fixation, claustrophobia, etc.; 2. Patients with limb fractures, accompanied by lumbar or thoracic degeneration, other neurological diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, intraspinal lesions, cervical trauma history, history of cervical spine surgery, hip joint or knee joint diseases, or other serious systemic diseases; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
