18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18 years = age = 70 years; ?the diagnosis of GERC was in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cough in 2021; ?No contraindications to P-CAB and/or PPIs treatment; ?Able to clearly understand the purpose of the study, be willing and able to comply with the requirements to complete the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Pregnant or lactating women; ?Smoking within the past 2 years; ?Those who have used PPIs within 2 weeks; ?History of respiratory tract infection within 8 weeks; ?A history of potassium competitive acid blockers and/or proton pump inhibitors for contraindications or allergies; ?Mental illness or other reasons for the inability to cooperate with treatment; ?Have serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organs and blood, endocrine system lesions; ?Other conditions were deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the research.
