Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2019, and confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; B. First onset, 2 weeks ? disease course ? 6 months, stable vital signs; C. Moderate and severe lower limb dysfunction (Brunnstrom ? Stage 4 of lower limb); D. Have certain walking ability, can walk continuously for 10m; E. No serious cognitive impairment (MMSE > 21) or speech impairment; F. No history of drug or alcohol dependence, no serious diseases of liver or kidney function or other diseases that may affect brain structure or function, and no other mental disorders; G. All patients signed informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, severe depression, etc., unable to complete the training; B. Patients with skull defect or surgical incision affecting the fitting of EEG headband; C. Poor skin condition that may be aggravated by tramping or contact with EEG caps; D. MAS score of lower extremity is greater than grade 2; E. Patients with complications that limit their mobility, such as deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, serious cardiopulmonary disease, and unstable hypertension; F. Severe joint deformities or limited range of motion in the lower extremities; G. People with other musculoskeletal and neurological disorders that affect functional recovery; H. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; I. Participating in other experimenters.
