Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All of them are in line with the diagnostic criteria for PD introduced in the 2020 Chinese Guidelines for the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease (Fourth Edition) [6]; ? 45-75 years old; ? The modified Hoehn-Yahr grade was 1-3 during the drug administration, and the drug treatment regimen did not change during the study. (4) The score of simple mental state examination (MMSE) should not be lower than the requirements (MMSE=24 points for high school education or above, =18 points for elementary and middle school education, =13 points for illiteracy); ? Patients were aware of this study and signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe neurological diseases (mRS Score =3 after stroke and traumatic brain injury), mental illness and severe cognitive impairment; (2) Suffering from unstable cardiovascular disease or other uncontrolled chronic diseases; ? Motor function is affected by fracture or other skeletal muscle injury in the last 1 year; ? PD has been treated with deep brain stimulation (DBS); (5) Contraindications with tDCS, such as intracranial metal implants, epilepsy, and electronic devices implanted in the body.
