Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Aged 50-80 years old, male or female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Preoperative evaluation found skin damage around the surgical site, infection, skin disease; ? Patients taking glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents for a long time; ? Patients with immune system diseases
