Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for surgical diseases, undergo elective surgical procedures, and have been evaluated by professional physicians in the acupuncture anesthesia team. Apply acupuncture anesthesia plans in all perioperative stages; (2) Hospitalization time>3 days; (3) Mini mental status exam (MMSE) at admission>24 points; (4) ASA grading I to III; (5) Age 18-75 years old, clearly conscious, without cognitive or mental disorders; (6) Informed and willing to participate in this interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has severe organ diseases such as heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, or other serious chronic diseases (such as malignant tumors); Or serious complications occur during hospitalization; (2) Patients with cognitive impairment, mental and central nervous system disease and other diseases that affect information collection; (3) Those who suffer from communication difficulties such as visual and auditory impairments, language difficulties, and infectious diseases that affect information collection; (4) History of drug dependence, alcoholics.
