Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient had no history of systemic disease or smoking. The patient had consecutive missing teeth (=4) or multiple areas of single or multiple missing teeth. Severe alveolar bone deficiency (horizontal bone mass =3mm, vertical bone horizontal reduction =3mm) in the missing tooth area is an indication for iliac bone grafting under general anesthesia. The occlusal relationship is normal or the mandible is matched. The adjacent teeth and the antimaxillary teeth in the missing area have no loosening and missing tooth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient had systemic or local disadvantage that were not suitable for implantation therapy. The patient had a condition in which the iliac crest could not be removed for bone graft.
