Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with AECOPD admitted to ICU need invasive mechanical ventilation;? Age > 18 years old;3?18=BMI=24 Kg/?? Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?severe coagulation disorder before;? multiple organ failure;? Pregnancy, terminal stage of tumor.
