Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Mild to moderate essential hypertension patients with metabolic syndrome were diagnosed. The diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate hypertension were set as SBP>=140 mmHg and =90 mmHg and = 90 cm in men and >= 85 cm in women; (2) Hyperglycemia: fasting blood sugar >= 6.10 mmol/L (110 mg/dl) or blood sugar >= 7.80 mmol/L (140 mg/dl) 2 h after glucose loading and/or diagnosed diabetes mellitus and treatment; (3) Hypertension: blood pressure >= 130/85 mmHg and/or have been diagnosed with hypertension and treated; (4) Fasting TG >= 1.7 mmol/L (150 mg/dl); (5) Fasting HDL-C < 1.0 mmol/L (40 mg/dl). (2) Aged 18-75. (3) Accept the medication and follow-up required by the project process, and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary hypertension (2) Participants in other clinical drugs in the past 3 months (3) Patients with history of cerebrovascular accidents, severe trauma, and major surgery in the past 6 months (4) pregnant and lactating women (5) patients with serious adverse reactions or intolerance to ARB drugs in the past (6) patients with serious chronic diseases, Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; Infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors; Or are taking drugs that may interfere with the results of the study or hypoglycemic or lipid-regulating drugs. Who are considered unfit by the researcher to participate in the project
