18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. singleton pregnancy; 2.gestational age =5.1 mmol/L during early pregnancy; (7) age >=30 years. (Any point is considered as high-risk group.) 4.Pregnant women aged <45 years; 5. with a certain level of education, owning a smartphone and being able to use it normally; 6. those who gave informed consent, volunteered to be tested, and could follow up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fasting blood glucose (FPG) >=7.0 mmol/L ; 2. any form of diabetes mellitus or hypertension already present in the current pregnancy; 3. serious medical or surgical diseases such as severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or immune disorders combined with the current pregnancy; 4. no smartphone or unable to use smartphone properly; 5. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves and cannot sign the informed consent form; 6. Those who are unwilling to cooperate.
