Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly people (35-75) living in Luohe and surrounding areas; 2. Have a clear history of cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease or stroke) or risk factors for cardiovascular disease (smoking, diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidemia); 3. Willing to receive an ultrasonic scan of the heart and carotid arteries, as well as X-ray and ultrasound imaging of the shoulder joint, knee joint, and hip joint to complete the assessment of cardiovascular disease and osteoarthritis; 4. willing and able to participate in a follow-up of at least 5 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the acute phase of acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, end-stage heart failure, or those whose hemodynamics were unstable due to other causes; 2. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malignant tumors, severe trauma, burns, car accidents, or other life-threatening conditions that significantly impacted life expectancy; 3. patients with severe psychological abnormalities, consciousness disorders, cognitive dysfunction, or those who were unable to cooperate with questionnaire surveys.
