18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 80 years; (2)Papillary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis; (3) The paraffin specimens /FNA samples were complete and the collection purity reached the standard; (4) Patients voluntarily participated in the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of cervical radiation or secondary thyroid surgery; (2) The total amount of DNA, extraction methods and preservation conditions do not meet the requirements of the specimen; (3) Nodular goiter, follicular carcinoma or medullary carcinoma were the pathological types of non-thyroid papillary carcinoma specimens; (4) The case data is incomplete and untraceable; (5) The patient refused to participate in the study.
