Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as schizophrenia according to DSM-5 criteria; (2) Aged between 18 and 50; (3) Be able to understand the content of informed consent and the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously or currently having diseases that may affect cognitive function, including but not limited to mental retardation, dementia, head trauma with loss of consciousness for more than 1 hour; (2) having severe motor disorders, including EPS caused by antipsychotics; (3) A risk of suicide (suicidal behavior in the past one-year, suicidal thoughts or attempts in the past 3 months); (4) Received MECT in the past 6 months; (5) Have received or are currently receiving other treatments that may affect cognitive function (according to the investigator): including clozapine, ketamine, stimulants, potent or intermediate CYP3A4 inhibitors / inducers; Antiepileptics, tricyclic antidepressants, traditional / non Western medicines that may affect cognition, dietary supplements and herbs, rTMS, cognitive training, etc.
