Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of gastroesophageal variceal bleeding due to cirrhosis (within 6 weeks); 2. Liver cirrhosis is confirmed by clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging examination or liver biopsy; 3. HVPG measurement before grouping and HVPG>20 mmHg; 4. The preoperative endoscopic appearance of varicose veins was EV or GOV1 type; 5. Those who plan to receive endoscopic gastroesophageal varices treatment+NSBB or TIPS treatment; 6. Aged 18-75; 7. Patients and their families agree to the preoperative and postoperative reexamination items

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Over 75 years old; 2. Advanced liver cancer or other malignant diseases; 3. Portal vein thrombosis (more than 50%); 4. Child Pugh score>14 or MELD score>30; 5. Contraindications of NSBB; 6. Previous TIPS operation history and splenectomy history; 7. Severe coronary heart disease, hypertension or cardiopulmonary failure; 8. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in this study
