Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient 1. age >=18 years; (2) Mechanical ventilation time >=24h, stay in ICU>=24h; 3. The patient's Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) Sedation score =-3 (in line with the evaluation conditions of delirium); 4. Informed consent to participate in this study. Family members 1. Age =18; 2. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate with researchers (visual and auditory impairment); 2. Patients with large area burns and skin defects; 3. Primary nerve injury (severe craniocerebral injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage); 4.GCS score < 9; 5. Three no personnel. Family members 1. are unable to communicate with the researchers (have visual and hearing difficulties).
