18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients and their families were fully aware of and informed consent to participate in the study ; 2 patients undergoing elective unilateral rib fracture internal fixation ; 3 18-70 years old, male or female ; 4 ASA grade : I-II ; 5 Body mass index ( BMI ) 18-30kg / m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusing to participate in this study or participating in other clinical intervention trials ; 2 patients with nerve block and related drug contraindications ; 3 patients with communication disorder ; 4 patients with mental illness ; 5 patients with severe lung injury ; 6 patients with severe multiple trauma ; 7 patients with multiple operations in a short time.
