Age
50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the age ranged from 50 to 80 years old 2. the patients with stage I~II were selected for radical resection of gastric or colorectal cancer 3. the cognitive ability and consciousness were normal, and they could complete the questionnaire alone or with the assistance of doctors 4. voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients had pulmonary infection and serious complication of heart and lung system before operation 2. the patients could not tolerate ACBT training or 6-minute walk test (6MWT) ,such as spine and rib fracture 3. the patients had serious complication after operation 4. the patients had severe complication after operation Other malignant tumors, severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease, 5. those who do not know their own diseases 6. other diseases which lead to the deterioration of diseases
