18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years, ASA classification I-II; 2) Patients undergoing elective knee replacement under general anesthesia; 3) Obtaining informed consent from the patient and/or legal guardian and signing an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >4 points; 2) Those who use sedative-hypnotic drugs to help them sleep for a long time before surgery 3) Those who refuse the use of patient-controlled analgesia pumps (PCIA) for postoperative analgesia 4) Patients with communication and comprehension disorders (language disorders, mental abnormalities) who are unable to complete the scale test.
