Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female >= 18 years old; 2) The CTA results of our hospital clearly diagnosed as aortic dissection, and the rupture was located at the distal end of the left subclavian artery; 3) The reverse avulsive thrombotic pseudolumen involved areas 0 to 2; 4) at least >1 year CTA follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The break occurs in zone 0 to 2; 2) Aortic ulcer appeared in ascending aorta and arch; 3) Patients with life expectancy<2 years.
