Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.2.1 Inclusion criteria: 1.2.1.1 Age 30-80 years old, no gender limitation; 1.2.1.2 The clinical diagnosis meets the clinically diagnosed PD patients in the Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria established by the International Movement Disorders Society (MDS) in 2015 or the PET examination meets the imaging manifestations of typical Parkinson's disease; 1.2.1.3 Agree and cooperate with all clinical evaluations. 1.2.1.4 The patients themselves and/or their legal guardians agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.2.2.1 Various secondary Parkinson's syndromes (including but not limited to drug-induced, poisoning, cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, Wilson's disease, Huntington's chorea, Fahr's disease, etc.), Kinson-plus syndrome (multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal ganglia syndrome, dementia with Lewy bodies); 1.2.2.2 Suffering from severe cognitive or mental illness; 1.2.2.3 Deep brain stimulation therapy has been performed; 1.2.2.4 Suffering from diabetes; 1.2.2.5 Clearly suffered from peripheral nerve injury in the past; 1.2.2.6 Suffering from cancer, chronic renal insufficiency, thyroid disease, autoimmune disease; 1.2.2.7 Suffering from severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric symptoms (cognitive state MMSE score <18 points), or poor physical condition to complete the examination.
