Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited, (2) Coronary heart disease was clearly diagnosed and PCI was successfully performed to open the subepicardial coronary artery, and the residual stenosis diameter of each branch of coronary artery was < 50%. (3) Oral medication (aspirin 100mg qd, clopidogrel 75mg qd, atorvastatin calcium 20mg qd) 1 month after PCI surgery), there are still angina, exertional chest tightness, shortness of breath or other atypical myocardial ischemia-related symptoms, (4) CAG review showed that the diameter of the epicardial coronary artery stenosis of each branch was <50%, (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study, (6) The temperature-pressure guide wire determination IMR was successfully completed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from chronic cardiac insufficiency, diabetes, kidney disease, acute coronary syndrome, (2) Diseases with upper respiratory tract infection, tumors and other diseases that have a greater impact on inflammation-related indicators, (3) Severe liver insufficiency (ALT or AST>200U/l), renal insufficiency (GFR<60ml/min), (4) Cardiac ultrasound showed that the left ventricular ejection fraction was < 50%, (5) Severe arrhythmias that may cause hemodynamic instability, (6) There are contraindications to intravenous injection of adenosine triphosphate or allergies to it, (7) Poor medication compliance, unable to take medication on time, and return to the clinic on time, (8) Combined with malignant tumors and other diseases, life expectancy < 1 year.
