Interventions

control group:No dextrometomidine
Local anesthesia group:Add 0.3ug · kg - 1 to the ropivacaine infiltration solution for local infiltration
Venous group:After induction, right metomidine 0.6ug · kg - 1 was pumped intravenously within 10 minutes
Nasal drip group:Children's right metomidine 0.6ug · kg - 1 nasal drops

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA grade I~II, 2-12 years old children who need to be treated with endoscopic low temperature plasma adenoid ablation combined with tonsillar ablation 2: No contraindication of general anesthesia 3: We have voluntarily performed endoscopic low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy combined with tonsillar ablation, and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form for the content of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Congenital dysplasia or deformity 2: Have serious heart, liver and kidney diseases. 3: Have mental illness 4: Have blood system disease 5: Change or add new surgical methods
