Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The MMSE score range from 10~26; 2. Good physical function and no other serious physical diseases; 3. There is no plan to transfer out of nursing home recently; 4. No sensation disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other serious acute or chronic diseases; 2. patients suffer from schizophrenia or other mental illness; 3. Patients with other end-stage diseases.
