Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >18 years 2. conform to the Berlin 2012 definition 3. duration of mechanical ventilation in the ICU =24 hours 4. those with complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.duration of mechanical ventilation <24 hours 2.people with cardiogenic pulmonary oedema, pulmonary alveoli or pneumothorax, subcutaneous emphysema, mediastinal emphysema 3.people with tumours, autoimmune or haematological disorders, severe mental disorders 4.Those with incomplete medical records.
