Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old (the minimum age required for employment by the country); 2. Being a certified healthcare worker who worked clinically providing direct patient care and having no mental health background; 3. Less than 5 years working experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not being available to complete the full training program (e.g., on sick leave); 2. Having prior knowledge in related mental health areas (e.g., completed 3-hour training relative to mental health care or practised in emergency mental health care).
