Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age=40 years; 2.Axial length =26mm; 3. High myopic patients with complicated cataract who underwent phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients with a history of the following ocular diseases and surgeries: keratoconus, glaucoma, old iritis, retinitis pigmentosa and other ocular diseases such as ocular trauma, severe fundus lesions, patients with severe systemic diseases, post PPV, corneal surgery and history of refractive surgery; (ii) Patients with a history of the following medications: insulin, statins, corticosteroids, aspirin, nifedipine, metformin and metoprolol; (iii) History of antibiotic or probiotic use within four weeks prior to enrollment; (iv) history of the following diseases in patients: heart disease, renal failure, liver disease, chronic inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, chronic arthritis and cancer; history of gastrointestinal surgery; or long-term diarrhea or chronic constipation.
