Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1-7 years old, ASA I or II, children undergoing ambulatory surgery, the disease is cryptorchidism, and the operation method is open surgery; 2. The operation time is less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory tract infection existed before operation, 2. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease, 3. Overweight (more than 20% of standard body weight), 4. Combined neuromuscular disease, 5. Preoperative chest X-ray or chest CT, abnormal inflammatory indicators, 6. The guardian of the child does not agree to participate in this trial, 7. Preoperative lung ultrasound showed atelectasis, 8. After removing the laryngeal mask, the patient's SpO2 < 90%.
