Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ITP; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome evaluation of this topic; 3. The principle of informed consent; 4. Age 18-70 years old; 5. All primary patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary thrombocytopenia, such as liver cirrhosis, hypersplenism, rheumatic immune system diseases, drug-induced thrombocytopenia, hematological tumors, etc; 2. Patients with multiple organic lesions or functional deficiencies; 3. Individuals with allergies to the drugs in this experiment; 4. Those who do not follow medical advice or use other treatment measures that affect the efficacy during the treatment period; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with critical illness, cerebral hemorrhage or severe visceral bleeding.
