18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Clinical diagnose of heart failure with NYHA class II-III and left ventricular ejection farction =40% 3. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) left ventricular aneurysm; History of congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, severe valvular disease, left bundle branch block, etc. 2) pacemaker implantation history; 3) glomerular filtration rate <30 ml /min/1.73m2
