20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Firstly, they were aged between 20 to 35 years old, whose BMI was analyzed between 18.5-28.0 kg/m2. Secondly, patients don't receive any other ovulation treatment in the last 3 months before participating in the research. Lastly, patients don't have the cardiac cerebrovascular disease, such as hypertension and heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)female age =35 years old or<20 years old;(2)BMl<18.5(kg/m2) or BMl=28.0(kg/m2);(3) There are other infertility factors except PCOS, such as ovarian mass, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine morphology(uterine malformation, uterine adhesions),tubal lesions (effusion, obstruction, excision) , male infertility;(4) Associated with other endocrine disorders: abnormal thyroid function, adrenal function;(5) History of tuberculosis.
