Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese guideline for prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in 2005, and diagnosed as stroke by cranial CT or MRI; ?The first onset of stroke, with a course of 1-6 months; ?Here was foot drop in hemiplegic lower limbs due to stroke, the CSI score of ankle joint was > 6 points; ?18 years old = age =79 years old; ? The vital signs were stable, consciousness was clear, no cognitive impairment and could cooperate to complete the study; ?Patients or their family members signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of stroke, epilepsy, severe brain injury, and skull defect in the past; ? The patient has metal materials such as electronic cochlea in the skull, and metal implants such as pacemakers and metal valves installed in the body; ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment, major depressive disorder, aphasia and other patients who can not cooperate to complete the experiment; ? Those who use tricyclic antidepressants, anti spasmodic drugs, or drugs that affect cortical excitability; ? Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys; ? Patients with spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, ankle joint injury, pain, congenital malformations, etc.; ? Unable to detect lower limb MEP.
