Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Simple T2DM group: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes; ? No other serious underlying diseases or hereditary diseases. T2DM with NAFLD group: The diagnosis criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus and fatty liver were met. Simple NAFLD group: the diagnosis criteria of fatty liver were met. Control group: ? healthy subjects aged 18-60 years at the same time; ? Normal glucose tolerance. All the subjects in the above 4 groups, ranging in age from 18 to 60 years old, volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Simple T2DM group: patients with severe acute complications of diabetes mellitus and serious disorder of basic metabolic status. Simple T2DM group and T2DM with NAFLD group: ? Binge drinking or alcoholism: alcohol consumption per week in the past 1 year was > 210 g for men and > 140 g for women; ? Viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis and other specific causes of fatty liver. Control group: fat quantitative image artifact was heavier and did not meet the measurement standards. The above 4 groups of subjects, who had incomplete clinical data, claustrophobia and been participating in other clinical experimenters in the last 6 months were excluded.
