Inclusion criteria: Chinese nationality and permanent residence in China for the past 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Children under or equal to 15 years of age (taking into account the difficulty of understanding the perceived quality of medical services at too young an age); b. Incapacitated or restricted persons (e.g. persons with severe mental illness)
