3 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children 3-6 years old with ASA I to II elective non-airway surgery with more than 2 risk factors for perioperative respiratory adverse events.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Predictable difficult airway; ? Children who could not successfully have intravenous catheterization before surgery; ? Complicated with neuropsychiatric diseases; Cardiopulmonary organic diseases; (5) Allergic to experimental drugs; ? Children who need to change tracheal intubation after three failed attempts to insert laryngeal mask; ? Parents/guardians of children do not agree to join the group; ?Are participating in other clinical studies or other circumstances in which the investigator deems it inappropriate to participate
