Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 18-60 2: American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I~II 3: Spinal surgery under general anesthesia, tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation, with prone position 4: Mechanical ventilation time = 120 min 5: Subjects or family members voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Obese patients (BMI>30 kg/m2) 2: Complicated with serious cardiovascular disease, cardiac function>grade 2; Diabetes; Respiratory system disease or smoking history participated in other experimental researchers before inclusion in the study 3: Patients who need to change their posture during operation 4: Have audio-visual and communication barriers
