60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained a complete/ extensive partial acrylic denture from PPDH in the past 5 years. 2. Community-dwelling elders of either sex and at least 60-year-old. 3. Ability to understand and provide informed consent [as assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination, mild and no cognitive impairment (scores 20-30) will be included]. 4. Physically able to clean their denture and oral cavity (as assessed by the Barthel Index) 5. Denture has adequate retention and stability (as assessed by the Kapur index)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are mentally and physically unfit (including dementia and neurological diseases) / unable to attend all assessments. 2. Subjects undergoing radiotherapy/chemotherapy; use of oral steroid treatment for 2 weeks or longer in the past 1 year; use of antimicrobial/ antifungal/ antiviral medication within the past month treatment prior to the sample collection (due to altered microbiome). 3. Subjects who use denture adhesive products. 4. Denture has been relined or repaired. 5. Subjects who have known allergy or intolerance to study materials. 6. Subjects requiring urgent dental care.
