Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histology diagnosis(according to the WHO classification) PTCL-NOS (Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified) AILT (Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma ALK- ALCL(Anaplastic large cell lymphomas) EATL (Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma HSTL (Hepatosplenic lymphoma) Extranodal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma Age<=65y ECOG<2 Status at HSCT: Responder (CR+PR) patients after induction chemotherapy (CHOEP or CHOP like, 2-3 cycles) PIF/CR or PR: primary induction failure but have a CR/PR to salvage agent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ALK+ ALCL or extranodal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma, nasal Did not achieve CR or PR Organ failure With bulky disease (>= 5cm) at SCT Known HIV positivity ECOG>2 Did not agree to receive allo-HSCT Joint other clinical trial within 28 days
