Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The course of the disease exceeds six months; Scars are in a stable stage; Confirming compliance with the morphological characteristics of hypertrophic scars and meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic scars; Diagnosed as keloid (with an area less than 10cm2), with scar hyperplasia extending beyond the original injured area and showing tumor like growth; ? Age range from 20 to 50 years old 3 (4) This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee, and patients were informed in detail about the potential advantages and disadvantages before and after medication. Patients and their families voluntarily chose treatment plans and signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have received laser or related hormone therapy within the past year; (2) Individuals who are allergic to corticosteroids or lasers; (3) There are basic diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or abnormal blood coagulation.
