Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICD-11 for single-phase depressive episodes And BDI-21 = 10 points (reliability and validity: 0.94; 0.98), GAD-7<10 (reliability and validity: 0.90; 0.93); 2. Age 12-25years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5-24.0kg/m2; 4. Ability to cooperate with physical examination before enrollment, understand and cooperate with questionnaire filling and venous blood sampling; 5. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with unclear consciousness, intellectual impairment, or significant aphasia; 2. People with brain organic diseases or serious physical diseases, such as thyroid disease, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, etc; 3. Individuals who have undergone major surgery, chronic inflammation, or have recently been in a state of persistent cold and fever within 3 months; 4. Other severe mental illness patients, including persistent depressive episodes with psychotic symptoms, bipolar disorder, acute stress disorder, and post schizophrenia depression; 5. Individuals who take drugs known to alter lipid metabolism, have dyslipidemia, or have dietary disorders 6. Individuals with severe hearing and visual impairments; 7. Patients with epilepsy seizure history or epilepsy family history.
