Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for endometriosis. ? Age 20-35 years old. ? The menstrual cycle is 28 days ± 7 days. ? Within 3 months, she did not take hormone drugs to treat endometriosis, such as danazol, gestrinone, GnRHa, etc. ? No serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, no history of mental illness, and no dependence on drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or caffeine. ? All patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed a written informed consent form, willing to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Receive hormone or immunosuppressive therapy within 3 months. ? Concomitant pituitary adenoma, hyperprolactinemia or thyroid dysfunction, diabetes and other endocrine diseases; Merge malignant tumors such as endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, and atypical endometrial hyperplasia; Patients diagnosed with endometrial polyps, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometritis, submucosal fibroids, adenomyosis, or hydrosalpinx. ? Pregnant women. ? Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
