18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.undergoing elective tracheal intubation surgery under general anesthesia, 2.18-60 years old, 3.BMI 18.5-25.0 kg/m2, 4.ASA I-II grade, 5.signe informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies to anesthetic drugs such as remidazolam; 2.After entering the room, in a quiet state, SBP = 160mmHg, DBP = 100mmHg, MAP = 120mmHg, HR = 100 times/minute; 3.Preoperative evaluation as difficult airway; 4.Severe heart, lung, kidney, and metabolic diseases; 5 Prior to surgery, there was a history of abuse of opioids or other sedatives.
