Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as chronic subdural hematoma through head CT or MRI, the surgical method is transcranial drilling and drainage; ? > 18 years old; ? No history of head injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute or chronic infection; ? Previous autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, uremia, liver cirrhosis, hematological diseases, and chronic lung disease; ? Patients who have failed follow-up.
