Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients: 1. age = 43 years; 2. in an ICSI cycle; 3. the number of MII oocytes obtained from egg retrieval = 6; 4. the subject agreed to culture all embryos to the blastocyst stage; 5. Subjects read and signed the informed consent form. Male patients: 1. subject's semen collected by normal ejaculation; 2. in an ICSI cycle; 3. the subject read and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Female patients 1. Subjects' oocytes are frozen oocytes or in vitro matured (IVM) oocytes. Male patients: 2. Subjects' sperm are either frozen sperm, surgically retrieved sperm (including sperm retrieved from the epididymis or testes), or from patients with extreme oligospermia and oligospermia.
