Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-65 years old, gender unlimited; ? Patients who completed renal biopsy: the number of PAS stained glomeruli in renal biopsy tissue was not less than 8, and pathological diagnosis was made jointly by two experienced renal pathologists. Pathological diagnosis was consistent with IgAN or pMN, HTN benign arteriolar sclerosis or typical/atypical DN. If there is no renal biopsy data in the metabolic nephropathy group, the patient can be diagnosed as hypertension-related kidney damage or diabetic nephropathy by two clinical physicians. ? 1-year follow-up can be completed; ? Patients or family members can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with secondary factors that may lead to similar or even pathological changes (such as Henoschonlein purpura nephritis, nephritis secondary to autoimmune disease, inflammatory bowel disease, virus-associated nephritis and cirrhosis of the liver, drug-induced kidney damage, etc.), combined with primary renal diseases other than IgAN or pMN (such as MCD, FSGS); ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients with serious mental illness or malignant tumor; ? Patients undergoing major operations within six months; ? Can't keep a food diary.
