Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Ischemic stroke with a diagnosis in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 developed by the Chinese Medical Association and the presence of a new infarct focus confirmed by cranial MRI; (ii) Age = 18 years; (iii) Acute onset with onset time <72h; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of large atherosclerotic brain infarction (LAA) in TOAST staging ? Complete medical records, perfect laboratory test indexes, and complete information on follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients with uncertain onset (>72h), or patients admitted for emergency intravenous thrombolysis or intervention; ?Patients with a history of cerebral infarction due to previous occlusion of the main trunk of the intracranial artery; ?Patients with cerebral infarction caused by other types of TOAST staging (atrial fibrillation, vasculitis, vascular malformation, coagulation disorders, etc.); (iv) Patients with a history of bleeding within 6 months or severe illnesses such as cerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, or brain herniation; ? patients with malignant tumors; (6) Patients with alcohol consumption, hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis or presence of abnormal liver or kidney function; (vii) Patients with infective endocarditis, coronary artery disease and severe cardiac arrhythmias; (viii) Patients with combined severe autoimmune diseases; (ix) Patients with bronchial asthma, pancreatitis and other non-specific inflammatory conditions and venous thrombosis;
