Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome by specilists in West China Hospital of Stomatology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any metal restoration and prosthodontics in mouth 2. poor oral oral hygiene 3. any other oral mucosal deseases 4. any disease involve salivary glands 5. any severe systemic desease 6. any medication within one week 7. age less than 18 years old or more than 60 years old
