Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with subthreshold depression: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of subthreshold depression; (2) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score: 7 =HAMD-17 < 17. (3) between 18 and 60 years of age, right-handed; (4) have not received treatment related to depression in the past two weeks; (5) no antibiotics, probiotics, yogurt and other fermented dairy products were taken before random sampling; (6) No contraindications to MR Scanning, no metal implants in the body, such as heart stents, artificial eyes, etc.; (7) Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) Mental disorders were excluded by M.I.N.I. with HAMD-17 < 7 points; (2) Health examination report within 3 months can be provided; (3) between 18 and 60 years of age, right-handed; (4) no antibiotics, probiotics, yogurt and other fermented dairy products were taken before random sampling; (5) No contraindications to MR Scanning, no metal implants in the body, such as heart stents, artificial eyes, etc.; (6) Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with subthreshold depression: (1) The third item in HAMD-17 =3 scores; (2) Patients with severe liver and kidney injury, severe arrhythmia or cardiac insufficiency; (3) pregnant women; (4) depression caused by the use of psychoactive substances, non-addictive substances or brain diseases; (5) The patient has suicidal tendency or suicidal behavior; (6) Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture; (7) Patients who have difficulty communicating with researchers or do not cooperate with them; (8) Other conditions identified by the researchers as unsuitable for observation. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) pregnant women; (2) Subjects who have difficulty communicating with the researchers or do not cooperate with them; (3) Other conditions identified by the researchers as unsuitable for observation.
